Quzhou Lishui Railway (Songyang Lishui section) project starts from Songyang station of quning railway, passes through Songyang county and Liandu District of Lishui City, and ends at Lishui station of Jinshui Wenzhou Railway. The new main line is 65.303 km, with a total investment of 9.086 billion yuan and a construction period of 4 years. The whole line of the project is distributed in Songyang station, dongxiyan station and Lishui station, of which dongxiyan station is a new station, and Songyang and Lishui are connecting stations. The grade of the railway is national railway grade I, with passenger and freight on the same line, and the designed running speed is 200 km / h.

Quli railway passes by dongxiyan scenic spot in Liandu district. The new dongxiyan station will be built in Xianyi village of Lixin She nationality township. Lixin She nationality township is located in the west of Lishui, 35 kilometers away from the urban area. It borders Laozhu she town in the East, Gaoxi Township and Liancheng street in the south, Banqiao she town in Songyang County in the west, Sangang Township and Liucheng she town in Wuyi County in the north. It is the junction of Liandu, Songyang and Wuyi counties and the center of Laozhu, Liucheng, Lixin and Banqiao she towns.

Quzhou Lishui railway project is a supporting project for the construction of "big garden" transportation channel in Zhejiang Province. It mainly undertakes the passenger and freight flow of central and southwest China through Quzhou and Liwen, and is the most convenient transportation channel between the two regions. At the same time, it forms a convenient sea passage for northern Jiangxi, Southern Anhui, Hubei and other provinces with Jiujing Quzhou, Jinwen and other railways. It is an important channel for the collection and distribution of goods in Wenzhou port We need the rear transport corridor.
